CANCELLATION
Cancelled orders will be charged according to cost incurred at date of cancellation, including art, screen and merchandise charges including a 15% restocking charge. Completed orders cannot be cancelled. All cancellations must be confirmed in writing. Faxes are acceptable.

CATALOGS
Catalogs are furnishes at no charge up to three (3) each. After 3 they are available at $0.60 each.
|
|
CHANGES
All changes MUST be in writing. Faxes are acceptable. Screen Printing copy changes within a purchase order are considered separate orders and require new screen charges @ $25.00 per color.
|
|
CLAIMS AND RETURNS
1.Merchandise cannot be returned unless you obtained a Return Authorization NO. from the factory 2.The factory must be notified within 10 days from receipt of shipment of any damaged or shortage of goods.

|
COST OF PRINTING
All prices include one color imprint, one location unless noted otherwise. For each additional imprint color or imprint position see extra imprinting charges. Art and screens are extra.

|
DROP SHIPMENTS
Orders requiring shipment to more than one location will be charged $6.25(v) per location.
|
|
LESS THAN MINIMUM
Minimums are stated in the catalog description for each item. If less than minimum is purchased, there will be a $35.00 up-charge or $2.00 per additional piece. (Please see our product list)

MATERIAL SUBSTITUTIONS
Factory resumes the right to substitute materials or equal or greater quality to enable us to fill your order as soon as possible, unless otherwise specified at the time of order.

|
OVERRUNS AND UNDERRUNS
Unless stated on purchase order, factory reserves the right to ship over or under the exact quantity ordered by 5% and invoices will be billed accordingly. Every effort is made to ship quantities ordered.

|
PRODUCT WARRANTY
Most products carry a one year limited warranty. Warranty covers any defect in material or workmanship under normal use. Battery excluded. Returned imprinted items may be replaced with no imprint items. No refill returns are acceptable after 30 days from the date of the received merchandise.

QUALITY
Due to uncontrollable circumstances, variances in color, shade, texture, size and construction of finished goods cannot be guaranteed. Colors are not guaranteed to be colorfast. We reserve the right to change, correct, and improve goods without prior notice. No adjustments or claims will be processed regarding these variances.

QUANTITY PRICING
To qualify for quantity discount prices, the entire order must be printed with the same design and shipped at one time. Tops and bottoms will be treated as two separate orders even if imprints are the same on both. For orders totaling more than 2500 pieces each item, contact RioVistaGifts.com team members for individual quotations.

RANDOM SAMPLES
Random/Blank samples are billed at first column and shipped within 24 hours if merchandise is available.
|
|
RETURNED SAMPLES
Customer pays freight and must request Return Authorization within 30 days from date of invoice. After goods are returned in good condition, freight paid, a credit will be issued for sample cost only.

|
RUSH ORDERS
A 5% charge of the order value will apply or $30(v) will apply if the total value is under $500.00. All orders that require delivery within 5 working days will be considered rush orders. Customer must overnight order to factory and authorize Next Day Freight. Rush orders are accepted only if production schedule allows and stock is available. Manufacturer is not responsible for freight charges incurred on Rush Orders.

UPS Ground unless otherwise specified. FOB Los Angeles, California.
UPS 3 day select (Orange), UPS 2nd Day (Blue). UPS Overnight (RED) and Federal Express also available.
RioVista is not responsible for the delay of any freight carrier or for freight damages. Damages must be reported immediately to the freight carrier.

TERMS
Credit approved accounts are 1% - 10, net 30 days. New accounts are C.I.A. or certified check. Visa, MasterCard and American Express are accepted. Orders shipped direct to your customer will require payment in full.

TO BECOME A REGISTER USER

Enter all mandatory information in the text boxes and click on the Send button at the bottom of the page. A User ID and password will be e-mailed to your Notes e-mail address shortly after process. After you receive your password, you may login to enter the site as a registered user and start your order.

PRE-PRODUCTION SAMPLES
Pre-Production sample charges will include appropriate set-up and imprint charge. The samples are billed at first column price and a $50.00(V) set-up fee will apply.
